MEET THE MANUFACTURER

Oticon’s mission began over 100 years ago. In 1904, Hans Demant wanted to help his wife Camilla live a better life, unhindered by her hearing loss. Hans helped Camilla with one of the first electronic hearing aids in the world.

From this foundation of care, Oticon grew with a passion to help people who need hearing support. They work constantly towards their vision of a world where hearing loss is no limitation. They innovate life-changing technology – and if that means they need to challenge conventions, then that is what they do.

Oticon have invested a great deal of research and development into their trademark concept 'BrainHearing' which aims to better understand how the brain hears in order to develop their hearing aids.
